LUTZ, FL, September 26, 2012 (Press-News.org) Golfer's Grail Indoor Golf & Tap, located at 10019 N. Dale Mabry Highway in the Carrollwood Center, is now forming leagues that will start Oct. 1. Two-person teams will play a 9-hole round in a scramble format each week for eight weeks. The winners will be determined by the lowest six of eight weekly scores. Prizes will be awarded to the first, second and third place teams.
League participants will choose a Monday-Thursday tee time which best accommodates their schedules. Teams will be placed in leagues based on their total team handicap. If necessary, one player substitution will be allowed during the eight weeks.
"Our indoor golf leagues assist participants in improving their golf game while spending quality time with friends—both old and new," said Owner of Golfer's Grail, Jeff Sproat. "And nothing beats the spirit of friendly competition."
To enhance the golf experience, Golfer's Grail boasts a clubhouse feel. High-definition televisions are located throughout, so visitors can play a round of golf and not miss the big sporting events or favorite television programs. Customers can choose from a diverse menu from local eateries that can be delivered to them. Beer and wine selections will be available in November.
Players interested in joining the league can pay by the week—$25 one-time registration fee and $25 per week/per player, or prepay for the entire league—$200 per player (save $25).
