Melanie Halloran Joins Technology Associates As Support Services Manager

CARY, NC, September 27, 2012 (Press-News.org) Eric Hobbs, president of Technology Associates (http://www.technologyassociates.net), a full-service technology solutions and support firm, has announced that Melanie Halloran has joined the company as support services manager. In her position, Halloran will use her decade of leadership experience to promote strong connections between Technology Associates' support team and the firm's customers. She will be responsible for overseeing all first-level support functions, including technical support and technology inquiries, as well as staff training and client relationship management.

A native of Chardon, Ohio, Halloran received her bachelor's degree in business management from Lakeland College in Kirkland, Ohio. She also received her A+, Net+ and Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) certifications from TechSkills in Raleigh. Halloran previously held healthcare, sales, management and entrepreneurial positions at other companies in the Triangle area. She resides in Apex, N.C. with her two rescue dogs.
