The mobile site is specifically designed to function on smartphone and tablet devices.

Traffic Deaths Decreasing in Texas

Texas drivers know how dangerous the nation's highways can be. Fortunately, a recent report shows that traffic deaths in Texas are decreasing.
The data comes from a state audit of the Texas Department of Transportation. It reveals that traffic deaths throughout the state have decreased 15 percent since 2006.
Texas reports around 1.29 deaths per 100 million miles driven in 2010. In 2006, the number was 1.5 and has decreased each year since. A 21 percent total decrease is reported since 2003.
