JUPITER, FL, October 18, 2012 (Press-News.org) Jupiter Outdoor Center has moved to its new location on the crystal blue waters of the Jupiter Inlet and is celebrating with an exciting, fun-packed weekend of activities.
"After 15 years in operation, the Jupiter Outdoor Center has found its new home on the shores of the crystal-clear waters of the Jupiter Inlet," says company founder Rick Clegg. "We have an action-packed weekend on the water planned for early November to celebrate."
Events taking place over the weekend include the following:
November 10 features a paddle camp for children aged 6-14, an exhibit by the River Center, a stand-up paddle board yoga class, a high-tide stand-up paddleboard and/or kayak snorkel safari, a guided sunset paddle tour and an opportunity to learn the history of stand-up paddle boarding.
November 11 offers participants a guided paddle eco tour, and an historic kayak tour, taking them to the Jupiter Inlet lighthouse for a trip back in time. There will also be new paddleboard demonstrations by SUPCO going on throughout the weekend and sales of new and used paddleboards.
Jupiter Outdoor Center prides itself on getting people of all ages outdoors, away from computers and TV screens, to explore and enjoy the Jupiter Inlet Aquatic Perseve, the Jupiter Inlet and The Loxahatchee and Indian Rivers.
