Sears Building Converted Into Haunted Prison Guaranteed To Scare The Bravest Tourist

2012-10-24
LOS ANGELES, CA, October 24, 2012 (Press-News.org) On October 11, 2012 Cool Kids Entertainment opened "The Gates to Hell" at Hell Break L.A. for the first time Thursday night. Located in the abandoned Sears building in the heart of Hollywood, Hell Break L.A. is already being deemed as one of the most horrifying scare houses to brave this Halloween.

Hell Break L.A. is a post-apocalyptic-esque, prison themed, haunted house where the guests become "inmates" on a gore-filled tour of the prison. The prison is overrun with convicts who have had "experiments" conducted on them by the government, making for a terrifyingly gruesome tour and definitely not one for the squeamish!

Your deepest fears come to life as you are taken through 7 frightening rooms, beginning in "Paradise Alley" where ghoulish inmates harass the "fresh meat". The journey quickly continues onto "The Main Attraction" - here prisoners come face to face with the most dangerous, notorious prisoner, Lars Craven AKA The Carnivore who has mastered the power of mind control! If lucky, they will barely combat Lars's powers, fleeing his cell and being forced into "The Chapel" where they experience a Chaplain struggling to fight off a demonic trance. "Inmates" will scramble to escape when the Chaplain bursts out shrieking in "tongues" and the room fills with blood-thirsty zombies. The scream-fest continues into the most dangerous part of the prison, "The Mental Ward", through the fog-filled "Maternity Ward" and finally "The Infirmary", a cesspool of airborne contagions, housing all of the infected, misshapen, mutated and diseased inmates. Finally, the tour ends in "The Execution Chambers" where "inmates" will witness a historic event- the violent execution of Lars Craven!

In addition to this house of terror, there is a haunted maze on the upper floors of the nearly 100 year old Sears building. Visitors struggle to find the one way out of the paralyzing pitch darkness that engulfs this zombie infested labyrinth.

Hell Break L.A. is a "scream-worthy" event, guaranteed to scare the bravest of tourists.

Guests are lead through this fright fest in 15 minute increments and should be prepared for offensive language and to be pushed to the edge of sanity. This haunt is not for the faint of heart.
