First Feng Shui Designed Office Building in the U.S. --Border Energy Hires Intuitive Concepts' Diana Garber

Feng Shui influenced the shape of the building, position of the building on the lot as well as many other aspects.

2012-10-31
SUNBURY, OH, October 31, 2012 (Press-News.org) When Steve Casciani, CEO of Border Energy, asked Feng Shui master, Diana Garber of Intuitive Concepts, to collaborate on an office building, she said yes. Garber proceeded to work with Mr. Casciani (developer and owner), architects Ford & Associates, engineers (Bauer, Davidson & Merchant; Shirk & O'Donovan; and McMullen Engineering), and King Business Interiors.

Feng Shui influenced the shape of the building, position of the building on the lot, flow of external and internal traffic, cupola plan, archways, stair and lavatory locations, office positions, interior detail, and landscaping. The office building is located in the Wedgewood Commerce Center, Powell, OH.

Mr. Casciani stated that, "I'm a facts-and- figures kind of guy, and possess a strong Christian faith; therefore, I was a bit apprehensive in the beginning about Feng Shui. Fortunately, my experience has proven that it is practical, factual, and quantifiable."

Incorporating Feng Shui has earned his company the unprecedented distinction of being the first office building in the U.S. to be developed, designed, and constructed according to Feng Shui principles. The building opens for business this month.

Garber says, "It's a negotiation when the developer/owner has a specific vision for their project, and Mr. Casciani isn't interested in change for the sake of change. He wants to know there is purpose behind it." Mr. Casciani replied, "I consider Diana to be a valuable strategic partner so she's now helping me with other projects."

At Intuitive Concepts, we utilize over a dozen sciences to evaluate influences such as electromagnetic currents, geopathic stress, and other factors internal and external to one's living and working environments. Her objective is to mitigate risks for occupants, the buildings they inhabit, and the land they occupy in order to improve their professional and personal lives (i.e., productivity, teamwork, wellness, morale, and prosperity).
