J. Schwartz, LLC Wins 2012 Talk of the Town Award for Customer Satisfaction

Pennsylvania-based homebuilder receives high customer satisfaction ratings, earning it a Talk of the Town Customer Satisfaction Award.

2012-11-09
FARMINGTON HILLS, MI, November 09, 2012 (Press-News.org) J. Schwartz, LLC has won the prestigious CMUS Talk of the Town Customer Satisfaction Award in the Contractors — Homebuilders & Developers category by earning a 5-star rating for customer satisfaction.

The Talk of the Town Awards, presented by Talk of the Town News, Customer Care News magazine and Celebration Media U.S. (CMUS), honors companies and professionals that provide excellent customer service as reported by their customers through no-cost, user-review websites, blogs, social networks, business rating services, and other honors and accolades. This data is analyzed by a team of researchers who calculate a company's CMUS Power Rating . Only those that receive a 4-star to 5-star rating receive the CMUS Talk of the Town Customer Satisfaction Award.

Specializing in remodeling and fine home building, J. Schwartz, LLC has been serving residential homeowners in Pennsylvania since 2001. Founder Joe Schwartz has degrees in both architectural and civil engineering and spent several years building homes in Aspen, Colo., and Greenwich, Conn., before establishing his business in Malvern.

Schwartz brings his years of both practical and design expertise to serve clients, and ensures that all their desires are addressed and met. "I am on site often and available at all times to all clients," says Schwartz. "Additionally, each of our projects has a 'project team' assigned to it, and they are on site from start to finish, allowing a clean flow of communication."

Schwartz and his team work diligently to take care of customers throughout the life of a project, and their efforts haven't gone unnoticed by customers, who spoke out with high satisfaction ratings that led to the Talk of the Town Award. Schwartz acknowledges the important role customer service plays in his business, especially in the current economy. "Excellent customer service is paramount to almost everything else," he says. "By definition that includes high quality, timeliness, cleanliness, open communication and honesty — all things that we hold up and exercise for each and every project. Our business has been built on referrals, and throughout this 'economic downturn' our clients have been referring us, re-hiring us and have kept us busy. We think that speaks volumes."

Undertaking a renovation project can be difficult for homeowners, but Schwartz does everything he can to make the experience as pleasant as possible. "We understand the complexity and difficulty associated with residential renovations and additions," he says. "We approach the scheduling and construction of all our projects so that the disruptions to you and your family are kept to a minimum."

Schwartz's advice about customer service is pretty straightforward. "It is important to think like the client, imagine that the project is in your home, and act like it. If you act like it is yours, and treat it as you would want your house treated, then the client will be happy."
