Spencer Fane Britt & Browne LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Megan Meadows as an Associate in the Labor and Employment and Litigation groups. Meadows brings to the firm her experience in handling a diverse case load, including complex commercial disputes, employment law,, insurance coverage, and personal injury litigation. She has represented employers before administrative agencies and in court against charges of discrimination, harassment and retaliation."We are excited to have Megan join us and know that her experience and talent will be an asset to our Labor and Employment and Litigation groups," says Erik O. A graduate of Saint Louis University School of Law, in 2008, Meadows has four years of law firm experience handling lawsuits from investigation through trial and has successfully defended employers in front of the EEOC and Missouri Commission on Human Rights on charges of sex, age, pregnancy, and race discrimination. In addition, she has handled litigation files from investigation through trial and appeal, including motion practice, taking and defending depositions, expert consultation, and court appearances.
Megan is also a member of Christ Lutheran Church and serves on the junior board for the Cancer Support Community of Greater St. Louis.
