CAPE CORAL, FL, October 14, 2010 (Press-News.org) AJ Ackerman, a part of the Randy Peska & Parters Team at Century 21 Sunbelt, announces the debut of his new web site and social media tools for buyers and sellers. The site, http://www.ackermanswfl.com, features some unique and useful tools to assist people in the process of buying or selling a home. One of the features on the Home page of the site is a "Free search like a Realtor access to the local MLS" tool. This feature allows anyone using the site to access the same MLS information that Realtors use. Both of these features have been designed to help property owners sell their Cape Coral Real Estate.

The new web site uses the most comprehensive technologies and new media practices to make it easy and efficient for people to find the right home in Southwest Florida. One of the technologies incorporated into the site is the use of social media tools such as Facebook, LinkedIn, & Twitter. Ackerman's new web site was created by Fort Myers web design company, Internet Services Group of Florida (ISG).

"Real Estate is my passion, so I was so happy to have the ISG Team create a web site and the social media tools that will help me reach out and help more people in South West Florida find their perfect home," said Ackerman.

In addition to the resources and tools on the web site, Ackerman will also be adding Blog features to provide quick, up-to-date information to site visitors.
