William Peace University Names Bobby Marshall As Admissions Counselor

Four-Year Baccalaureate University Hires Counselor With More Than Five Years Of Admissions Experience For School Of Professional Studies

RALEIGH, NC, December 05, 2012 (Press-News.org) William Peace University (http://www.peace.edu), a private four-year university located in downtown Raleigh, has announced that Bobby Marshall has been named as admissions counselor for the university's School of Professional Studies, which provides accelerated evening, weekend and online courses designed for nontraditional students. In his role, Marshall will be responsible for contacting prospective students for the School of Professional Studies programs, meeting with them individually to discuss their education plans and guiding them through the admissions process. With more than five years of experience in higher education admissions, Marshall previously worked in the admissions offices at ITT Tech and ECPI University, a private college that serves students in Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina through online and on-campus classes.

- Marshall earned a bachelor's degree in educational studies from Bethune-Cookman University in Daytona Beach, Fla. He serves as the president of the Raleigh-Durham chapter of the Bethune-Cookman Alumni Association.

- As a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Marshall served as president of his chapter at Bethune-Cookman.

- Born in Waukegan, Ill., and raised in Seattle, Marshall resides in Cary, N.C.
