As Vice President of Marketing, Ms. Burton will oversee all aspects of PeakColo's branding, online activity, public relations, and lead generation efforts in order to meet the company's rapid growth demands.
Prior to joining PeakColo, Ms. Burton served as Vice President of Marketing at ViaWest, a large colocation and managed services provider. During her tenure at ViaWest she overhauled the company's brand identity with award-winning logo, tagline and messaging, and she led a corporate website design and re-launch. Additionally Ms. Burton instituted lead generation, corporate communications and analyst relations functions. Prior to ViaWest, Ms. Burton held management roles at Qwest Communications (now CenturyLink) in both marketing and product management.
Ms. Burton holds both an M.S. in Telecommunications Engineering and an MBA from the University of Colorado, Boulder and B.S. in Business Administration.
