NORTH QUINCY, MA, December 22, 2012 (Press-News.org) Psychsoftpc Announces PC Game of the Year Award as Voted by Gamers
Psychsoftpc, the high performance gaming computer manufacturer, announces its first annual PC Game of the Year Award. This year's nominees are:
Mass Effect 3
COD Black Ops 2
Assassin's Creed 3
FAR CRY 3
Borderlands 2
Diablo III
Dishonored
Hitman: Absolution
Max Payne 3
Sleeping Dogs
The Witcher 2
Walking Dead
The winner will be determined by fan votes. "Psychsoftpc makes gaming PC's", said Tim Lynch of Psychsoftpc, "so we are big supporters of PC Gaming. This is just one way in which we are supporting gaming on the PC."
All nominees have garnered industry acclaim and large fan base support. Fans are passionate about these games as can be witnessed by the very public reaction to the controversial ending to Mass Effect 3 and the heated discussions on gaming boards about the Walking Dead and Dishonored. Some notable games, such as Gears of War, are not on this list because they excluded the PC platform. This award is solely for games that support gaming on the PC. Gaming on the PC is a viable and growing segment of the gaming market and this Game of the Year Award is in recognition of that.
