Warner Norcross Names Four Attorneys as Partners

The law firm of Warner Norcross & Judd LLP today announced that four attorneys have been named partners.

GRAND RAPIDS, MI, January 04, 2013 (Press-News.org) The law firm of Warner Norcross & Judd LLP today announced that four attorneys have been named partners.

The new partners practice in a variety of areas, from estate and tax planning to general litigation and corporate law. They serve clients across the state and around the world from the law firm's offices in Grand Rapids, Macomb County and Holland.

"We are very pleased to welcome these four deserving attorneys into the partnership," said Douglas E. Wagner, managing partner of Warner Norcross. "They are exemplary lawyers who serve their clients - and the law firm - well. As Warner Norcross continues to grow, they will make valuable contributions to our ongoing success."

The new partners are:
Scott R. Carvo, whose practice focuses on general litigation matters and includes restrictive covenant, employment and tax litigation along with a focus on e-discovery. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Michigan. Carvo holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and a doctor of jurisprudence from Wayne State University cum laude, where he was Order of the Coif.

David C.C. Eberhard, who is the co-chair of the firm's Construction Law Practice Group and focuses his practice in the areas of real estate, construction, financial services, corporate and business law.  He serves on Business Advisory Board for Macomb-Oakland University INCubator and on the boards of the Church Extension Fund, Historic Trinity Lutheran Church and Lutheran Heritage Foundation. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, ABA, State Bar of Michigan and Macomb County Bar Association. Eberhard holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and doctor of jurisprudence from University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.

Gaëtan Gerville-Reache, an appellate attorney and litigator, who represents individuals, corporations, banks and domestic and foreign governments in high-stakes appeals and critical motions in both state and federal courts. Gerville-Reache serves on the executive committee for the ABA's Council of Appellate Lawyers and the State Bar of Michigan Appellate Practice Section Council, and is a member of the Michigan Supreme Court Historical Society Advocate's Guild. He was named a Michigan Super Lawyers Rising Star. Gerville-Reache holds an undergraduate degree from Northwestern University and a doctor of jurisprudence cum laude from Northwestern University Law School.

Jennifer L. Remondino, who focuses her practice on estate and tax planning, family business succession planning and estate administration. Remondino has been recognized in Best Lawyers in America and as a Michigan Super Lawyer Rising Star. She is a member of the ABA, State Bar of Michigan, Florida Bar Association and Attorneys for Family Held Businesses, and serves on the board of the Ottawa County Bar Association. She holds an undergraduate degree with honors from Michigan State University and a doctor of jurisprudence from MSU College of Law.
