Work Hard Play Hard Launches Company with Ski & Snowboarding Day Trips from Chicago to Midwest Ski Resorts

CHICAGO, IL, January 06, 2013 (Press-News.org) Work Hard Play Hard provides ski and snowboarding day trips from Chicago to Midwest Ski resorts throughout the winter season. The next day trip is Saturday, January 12, 2013, to Chestnut Mountain in Galena, IL.

Work Hard Play Hard was launched in winter 2012, and provides ski and snowboarding day trips from Chicago to various Midwest ski resorts. Ski & snowboarding enthusiast choose their Chicago pick up location, University of Chicago - 55th and Ellis, or University of Illinois -Taylor and Halsted. Enthusiasts ride in style approximately 3 hours to the resort. While on the luxury motor coach they can sleep, relax, enjoy Wi-Fi and snacks.

Trip packages include: transportation from Chicago to ski resort; water and snacks on bus ride; lift ticket; rentals and lessons if needed; entry to happy hour after the ski trip with free food and drinks. All trips can be booked online at http://www.workhardplayhardchicago.com. Prices for trips are $89 which includes transportation and lift ticket; $20 additional for equipment rental; $10 additional for lessons.

The fun doesn't end on the slopes, after each trip there is a happy hour at a Chicago lounge. Each trip attendee is able to indulge in free food and cocktails, all included as part of the day trip package. "The inaugural Work Hard Play Hard ski and snowboarding day trip was outstanding. It was easy to book the trip online, the bus was punctual and the transportation to the destination was first class. The coordination of the lift tickets and rentals was all taken care of. I had a great time on the trip and I will definitely do the trip again", Eric Smith, skier.

Chicago has lacked a significant measurable snowfall this season but that should not stop skiers and snowboarders from hitting the slopes. "There isn't snow in Chicago, but there is snow on the slopes. Chestnut Mountain, Cascade Mountain and Devil's Head all make snow and Western IL and Wisconsin have received much more snow than Chicago to date", Kristin Ware, owner and snowboarder.

The next ski and snowboarding day trip is Saturday, January 12, 2013. Additional trips are, January 26, February 2, February 23, and March 9th.
