WORCESTER, MA, January 07, 2013 (Press-News.org) Casey Real Estate Investment, LLC and Casey Property Management, LLC are pleased to announce the acquisition of a self storage facility located at 19 McKeon Road, Worcester, MA. The new store will operate under the brand name Casey Storage Solutions (http://www.caseystoragesolutions.com). The property will be managed by Casey Property Management, LLC.
This acquisition brings Casey Storage Solutions' holdings to nine self storage properties consisting of over 490,000 square feet and over 3,750 self storage units. Casey Storage Solutions operates self storage properties in Massachusetts, Vermont and Rhode Island.

The acquisition is very complimentary to our growing New England self storage portfolio in particular our three other existing central Massachusetts self storage properties in Auburn (198 Washington Street (Rt 20), Auburn, MA), Webster (80 Cudworth Road, Webster, MA) and Sturbridge (63 Technology Park Road, Sturbridge, MA). The addition of this self storage facility will better enable us to serve our customers' self storage and truck rental needs throughout Worcester County."
United Bank of West Springfield, Massachusetts provided debt financing for this acquisition.
