NAFA's 2013 Institute & Expo Offers Amazing Lodging Choices At Affordable Costs

NAFA Fleet Management Association's 2013 annual conference offers upscale lodging options at economical prices.

2013-01-23
PRINCETON, NJ, January 23, 2013 (Press-News.org) Imagine a hotel conference room with spectacular views of the ocean for under a hundred dollars. That's the view and the cost of rooms at the incredible Trump Taj Mahal Casino Resort during NAFA's 2013 Institute & Expo. The room, and the entire conference, will be unforgettable. NAFA Fleet Management Association is pulling out all of the stops to make this year's conference its best ever.

"The 2013 I&E is literally in NAFA's backyard," explained NAFA's Executive Director Phillip E. Russo, CAE. "Our office is roughly two hours away. We didn't just want to host the conference here, we want to be able to say we hosted the best NAFA conference ever here. We'll celebrate the start of the I&E with the first-ever Fleet Excellence Awards in the Trump Taj Mahal Ballroom on April 23 after our first full day of educational sessions; this will be a true gala event followed by a concert by one of my favorite bands: Southside Johnny & The Asbury Jukes. From then on, the conference includes over 60 hours of educational sessions - including a brand new sustainable track produced by CALSTART; great keynote presentations including those by Derek Daly, a legendary race car driver who was once ranked in the Top Ten of the world, executives from the Detroit Three automakers, and Janet Froetscher, the President & CEO of the National Safety Council - one of the most influential safety advocates around. The I&E also features an expo floor with more than 250 exhibitors showcasing the latest products and services and the opportunity to network with the best and brightest in the fleet industry. It's the fleet event of the year!"

NAFA's 2013 Institute & Expo will take place April 23-26 at the Atlantic City Convention Center in Atlantic City, NJ. The conference features two main conference hotels: The Trump Taj Mahal Casino Resort and the Sheraton Atlantic City Convention Center Hotel. The latter is located adjacent to the convention center while NAFA will be running a shuttle to and from the Taj Mahal and the Convention Center.

The rate for the Sheraton is just $149 per night with a $96 per night rate for government employees, which means that both public and private fleet managers have the opportunity to get a hotel room for under $100 - a rarity with conferences.

"This is truly one of the most affordable conferences we've ever had," said Russo. "But we're giving attendees more for their money, not less. Conference registration is the same as in 2011, even though we have added additional educational sessions, more networking opportunities, and created a specials awards night, designed to give the fleet industry the level of recognition it truly deserves. This is our Oscars night! And this is shaping up to be the best NAFA conference to date!"

NAFA's 2013 Institute & Expo features powerful keynote presentations to kick off each day, followed by more than 60 hours of fleet educational sessions, a huge expo with more than 250 exhibitors showcasing the latest products and services, and plenty of opportunities to network with the best and brightest in fleet management.
