LANCASHIRE, ENGLAND, February 02, 2013 (Press-News.org) The Wallwork Group has launched a new web site (http://www.wallworkht.com). This showcases the complete range of metal heat treatment and advanced coating services, bespoke PVD coating equipment and temperature resistant castings available from the group. The site also emphasises the advanced research and development service to develop and commercialise new metal improvement processes for aerospace, motorsport and other demanding manufacturers.
"Many clients know us for a range of metal treatments but are not always aware of other advanced capabilities in the group. Now all group companies, including Walwork HT, Tecvac advanced coatings and Wallwork Cast Alloys are fully accessible and customers can appreciate the depth of experience and knowledge available - all backed by manufacturer and national accreditations," explained director Simeon Collins.
Clients of Wallwork and Tecvac include aerospace, motorsport, nuclear, oil and gas engineering equipment manufacturers. Other demanding customers who seek out their surface engineering expertise include medical device manufacturers and horologists. Three manufacturing sites in Manchester, Birmingham and Cambridge, offer a rapid nationwide service supported by round the clock operations and a fleet of over 40 vehicles to provide daily collection and delivery.
"The new site is information rich, but we will add content continuously as we expand our technical and commercial capability. Case studies will highlight our involvement with leading universities on advanced technology programmes and with prime aerospace and engineering manufacturers," concluded Simeon.
