Worth-Paul holds the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Certified Depressed Property Expert (CDPE), WCR's Performance Management Network (PMN), and e-PRO designations. She has a bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
