In this role, Walter will be responsible for managing company resources to effectively address client issues and execute benefit strategies for client employers.
Prior to joining HCW, Walter worked as a human resources generalist for Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein and was promoted to human resources manager in 2011. He serves as vice president of programs for the Raleigh-Wake Human Resource Management Association.
Walter graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts in English literature. He received his MBA from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2007. A native of Bladenboro, N.C., Walter resides in Raleigh with his wife, Lindsey, and their son, Sam.
