Pancheros Mexican Grill Offers Shrimp Scampi Tacos for a Limited Time

CORALVILLE, IA, February 16, 2013 (Press-News.org) Pancheros (www.pancheros.com), a fast casual Mexican restaurant, has officially brought back its shrimp scampi tacos for a limited time available now until March 30, 2013. Reintroduced by popular demand, the dish will be gracing all Pancheros' establishments for the third consecutive year.

The mouthwatering tacos are filled with cilantro and lime rice, crisp lettuce, cheese, and seared shrimp scampi. To top off the delectable taco creations, guests can choose from an array of mild to hot salsas such as the mild ancho salsa and the hot tomatillo salsa, to heat up their tacos to perfection. Along with the classic limited time taco offering, patrons can choose to put the grilled shrimp into a burrito or burrito bowl with the classic Pancheros fillings.

"The shrimp scampi tacos are the perfect complement to our menu, especially for those guests looking for tasty, meat-free options at this time of year," said Rodney Anderson, President of Pancheros Mexican Grill.
