Classic Holidays Customer Service Ratings In 2013 Off To a Great Start

Australia's largest timeshare holiday provider announces new guest satisfaction results.

2013-02-24
CRAMLINGTON, ENGLAND, February 24, 2013 (Press-News.org) Classic Holidays, Australia's largest privately owned timeshare holiday provider with nearly 50,000 members, announces impressive customer satisfaction numbers for the month of January.

Averages tabulated from the company's 14 managed resorts in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria show that Classic's guests were extremely pleased last month with their resort experience:

• 95 percent felt the quality of the appliances and furnishings either exceeded or met their expectations
• 93 percent thought their reservation was handled promptly, courteously and efficiently
• 96 percent said the staff was helpful and courteous
• 94 percent rated their holiday experience as either meeting or exceeding their expectation
• 94 percent would return to their resort
• 91 percent would recommend their resort to family/friends

This overwhelmingly positive reaction from guests is confirmation of Classic's ability to provide quality holidays with exceptional attention to detail according to Classic Holidays CEO Ramy Filo.

"We are constantly striving to improve the holiday experience for our members and everyone involved with Classic understands that," said Filo. "It's the small touches that often make the difference between an average or distinctive holiday, such as how a customer is greeted at the check-in desk or the cleanliness of the unit. Whether it's providing sports equipment at the time you want it, advice on local dining choices or help with reservations to area attractions, people want to be pampered and made to feel special and we never lose sight of that."

Such a philosophy is what led Classic Holidays to be recognized earlier this month with the Best Management Company award for 2013 by Perspective Magazine, the shared ownership industry's leading trade magazine. A panel of industry judges combined with online voting by professionals from around the world resulted in Classic winning the award for the second consecutive year.
