OVERLAND PARK, KS, October 23, 2010 (Press-News.org) The Kansas City Vocal Institute School Music Assistance Program helps to provide primary, middle level, and secondary schools in the Kansas City metro area with free professional help and teachers. The Kansas City Vocal Institute travels to area schools and offers free private lessons for area students. Public school teachers are often in need of help and assistance because they may be responsible for the music education for several hundred students. The Kansas City Vocal Institute offers assistance in private voice lessons and tutoring for theory and diction. Our teachers and tutors all hold advanced degrees in music. Area teachers who are interested in our free service can complete an online application at http://www.kcvocalinstitute.com The Kansas City Vocal Institute aims to provide the best music education experience for the children of the Kansas City Metro Area. This service is also made possible through the KCVI - Music Education Charities.
The KCVI Music Education Charities were created by the Kansas City Vocal Institute to provide free music education to the underprivileged children of the Kansas City metropolitan area. The Music Education Charities want to provide these children and families with music training, competition opportunities, performance opportunities, access to instruments, and other instruction to help further their music education. They also help charities and businesses provide scholarships and lessons for the underprivileged children of Kansas City, so that they may be able to participate in other fine arts programs.
