Onepath Systems, LLC Expands Service Offerings by Acquiring Transparent Technologies, Inc.

Atlanta-based technology provider acquires Transparent Technologies, Inc. to increase options and depth of services for Southeastern customers.

ATLANTA, GA, March 07, 2013 (Press-News.org) Onepath Systems LLC is pleased to announce the acquisition of Lawrenceville, Georgia-based Transparent Technologies, Inc. (TTi). The acquisition brings together two established and respected names in the technology industry to expand their product offerings and better serve their customers.

TTi is an IT consulting company specializing in serving the cable network and video on demand market for over 10 years. The company has deep relationships with Cisco and cable operators as well as many industry-respected content providers. TTI also operates a 24x7x365 Network Operations Center (NOC) and help desk as well as providing outsourced IT services to enterprise customers. The merger with Onepath Systems will allow TTi to reach a broader audience with their products and services while allowing Onepath to build upon their existing video and IT services and expertise.

The combination of the TTi NOC with Onepath's Guardian Technical Access Center (GTAC) housed in Greensboro, North Carolina will give the companies' combined customers diverse locations to manage their network and help desk needs. These managed services offerings include full ITIL network management, server management, desktop support, remote backup, remote monitoring and mobile device management.
