Unipak to Exhibit Wine Packaging at Vinifest 2010

Unipak, Lebanese corrugated packaging manufacturer, will showcase wine and alcoholic beverage packaging at Vinifest 2010 during 27 - 30 October 2010 in Beirut.

HALAT, LEBANON, October 27, 2010 (Press-News.org) Unipak invites wine growers, exporters and producers of alcoholic beverages to visit Booth 'Batroon 4', at the exhibition in Beirut Hippodrome (Hippodrome du Parc de Beyrouth) on Abdallah Al-Yafi Avenue.

Furthermore, Unipak with the Association of Lebanese Industrialists (ALI) will co-sponsor the Guinness World Record for the largest glass of wine. The glass is 2.10 meters tall with a diameter of 1.60 m and capacity to hold 1500 L of wine.

The Minister of Education, Selim Wardy, and ALI President and INDEVCO President & CEO,Neemat Frem, will unveil the glass. Following the unveiling, Guinness World Record representatives will take measurements in order to grant Lebanon the record for largest wine glass.

Vinifest 2010 is a 4-day event-filled festival bringing together Lebanese wine producers, wine makers, wine lovers, and great entertainment.
