Our program outlines the reality of the domestic terrorism risk. Has the exposure diminished or grown? What can be done to protect people and assets and who is most at risk? We explore the likelihood of a further renewal of the Terrorism Risk Insurance Program Re-authorization Act in 2014 and what the consequences of non-renewal are likely to be. Will captive owners return to the commercial market, and what affect will that have on capacity, pricing and cover? Attendees will gain an understanding of the risk their organization faces and the options post 2014.
Presenters for this program include:
Alison Quinlivan, Managing Director of Aon Corporation
Ward Ching, Risk Manager VP, Risk Management Operations Safeway Inc.
Dr. Paul Chabot, President, Chabot Strategies LLC
