Prior to joining Ashton Woods Homes Raleigh, Smith spent four and a half years working for Alumni Hall, a company specializing in collegiate merchandise. Starting as a brand representative at Alumni Hall, she was promoted to key holder and eventually assistant manager of the Crabtree Valley Mall store location. Smith received her Bachelor of Arts in communication from NC State University.
