MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA, April 20, 2013 (Press-News.org) DataMystic announces the latest release of File and Folder Watcher - its folder watcher that triggers new tasks when files arrive (such as FTP).
File and Folder Watcher 3.5.1 watches a set of folders and subfolders, waiting for new files to arrive. When files are complete (essential for processing huge video files), it triggers one action per file or group of files, such as copying, emailing, printing, archiving, image processing etc.
File Watcher now has a convenient Test facility, and can trigger an action if no files arrive in a set timeframe, which is terrific for detecting fault conditions.
File and Folder Watcher is highly efficient - taking very little Windows resources to run. It also can recover from network timeouts. A full log is kept of all actions.
