Henninger as a member of the firm's Local Government Defense Law practice. Mr. Henninger previously worked as a member of the firm from 1999 to 2007.
"Steve is an exceptional attorney and we are very happy that he has decided to rejoin our firm," says Tom Brandt, a director and head of the firm's Local Government Defense Law and Employment Law practice groups. "Steve's addition complements our current work and will provide additional expertise for the benefit of all our clients."
Mr. Henninger represents local government entities, including counties, cities and school districts, in a variety of matters. His extensive local government experience includes work in cases involving employment, disability, discrimination and personal injury claims, constitutional and civil rights matters, First Amendment issues and fair housing disputes. He also focuses on construction litigation, products liability and professional malpractice liability.
Mr. Henninger worked in the Dallas City Attorney's Office from 1992 to 1999, following his graduation from Texas Tech University School of Law. He earned his undergraduate degree from The University of Texas in 1989.
