Old World Gourmet Announces New Permanent Showroom

Food and beverage company known for innovative recipes finds a home at AmericasMart Atlanta

ATLANTA, GA, May 08, 2013 (Press-News.org) Old World Gourmet, a specialty food and beverage company, is moving into its first permanent showroom to help as it continues to grow its wholesale base. The company, best known for introducing creative drink mixes to the market, will complete construction on its AmericasMart Atlanta showroom in time for the July International Gift & Home Furnishings Market.

One of OWG's most well-known products is the Vino-Licious line, a totally unique frozen drink mixer that turns wine into adult slushies. The drinks use all natural ingredients to add bold, delicious flavors - like Pomegranate Blueberry and Lemoncillo - making any type of wine a tasty frozen cocktail. OWG is also the maker of the popular Cracker Smack mix, a slightly spicy, savory concoction for coating any type of cracker and transforming it into a one-of-a-kind snack. Additional products include frozen cocktail mixers, non-alcoholic drink mixes, Bitch Bags, Party in a Pitcher sets, and Bake-A-Brewski Beer Bread, among others.

"Whether as a gift, for girl's night or for a barbeque, our products have taken off with more and more consumers looking to try something new," said DeAnna Sullivan, CEO of OWG. "Our new permanent showroom will greatly help as we continue to grow the business and expand our reach to retailers throughout the country."

OWG products, which total more than 100, can be purchased online or in wineries, gift stores and other fine retailers in all 50 states. Currently under construction, the new OWG showroom will be located at 240 Peachtree Street NW, Gourmet Food - building 2W, suite 866A (eighth floor), Atlanta, GA 30303, and available for meetings beginning in July.
