FORT WORTH, TX, May 22, 2013 (Press-News.org) Texas-based garden center Calloway's and Cornelius Nursery will host a free clinic, "Butterfly and Hummingbird Gardening" at all Dallas/Fort Worth and Houston garden centers on Saturday, May 25 at 10:15 a.m.
Attendees of the "Butterfly and Hummingbird Gardening" clinic will learn about planning and selecting plants to create a garden designed to attract and support Texas butterflies and hummingbirds. The company hopes to introduce gardeners to the benefits and joys of creating natural habitats in personal landscapes and gardens. Butterfly and hummingbird gardens support wildlife natural to the area and once established many of the plants require less water.
