Williams brings nearly a decade of proven experience in wage and hour class action litigation, delivering favorable outcomes for clients across a multitude of industries.

Prior to joining CDF, Williams honed her labor and employment experience at a notable California law firm working with closely held private and public companies. In addition to wage and hour class action litigation, Williams specializes in the defense of single plaintiff claims for discrimination, harassment, retaliation and related issues. She also counsels employers on preventative measures to avoid litigation, including reviews of general employment policies, and assists employers in conducting internal investigations.
