Medex Supply Announces New Website

New design offers price comparison, easier navigation

2013-05-24
BROOKLYN, NY, May 24, 2013 (Press-News.org) Continuing to lead the market in offering customers an easier, more streamlined experience in shopping for medical supplies online, Medex Supply has unveiled a new look for its website, with options that allow for price comparisons and filtering of product searches according to color, size, and discounted pricing.

"MedexSupply.com was among the first medical supply companies to establish an online presence, and our new website was designed with our customers' needs in mind," says Gena Radcliffe, marketing coordinator at Medex Supply. "We've listened to our customer feedback, both positive and negative, and used it to create what we hope is the ultimate in easy online shopping."

More than a year in the making, the website offers many new features created to both attract new customers and make it simpler for return customers to purchase needed products. Such tasks as requesting a quote or placing a reorder are now available at the touch of a button, as opposed to contacting MedexSupply.com by phone or email.

Another notable new feature is a function that enables product comparisons. Customers may click on up to four products and compare their price and shipping time, in order to determine the best value. The new design also makes it easier to view other options available for certain products, such as sizes, colors, and quantity.

"We encourage our customers, both new and longtime, to place an order and "test drive" the design," says Radcliffe. "MedexSupply.com welcomes all the customer feedback we can get, so we can continue improving our services and offer a 100% satisfactory experience for everyone who purchases from us."

Medex Supply is a worldwide distributor of top brand medical, surgical, and healthcare products. Founded in 1999, our customer base includes government agencies, medical and educational facilities, and the general public. For more information, visit their website at http://www.medexsupply.com, or by calling 1-888-433-2300.
