Many real estate professionals have seller clients who want to sell their furniture quickly after the home sale closes. Iverson's Furniture will buy the entire contents of the home. "We'll clean it out, move it out and hand you a check," said owner Mari Morton. "We'll make it easy for you."
Iverson's Furniture will also help Realtors stage listed properties, working within their budget to best present the home.
Iverson's buys, sells and consigns furniture and estates in two locations in Sarasota, Florida. It also offers appraisals.
The store's website is updated almost daily. "We have sold housefuls to out-of-town buyers who shopped on our website, then we stored it for them until they closed on their home in Sarasota," said Morton.
