CHARLOTTE, NC, June 09, 2013 (Press-News.org) Anthony Morrow Summer Hoops is a summer basketball league in Charlotte, NC, sponsored by NBA pro Anthony Morrow. He is kicking off the highly anticipated season on June 9th 2013. This event is stirring a buzz in Charlotte. The "Tip Off" will begin with a National Anthem performance by the Grammy and Stellar award nominee Arnetta Murrill-Crooms. In effort to give back to the community, the "Tip Off" event will offer free hair cuts (provided by Uptown Cutz), multiple giveaways and guest appearances by charlotte's very own No Limit Larry! Those who love to be on TV may get an opportunity to do so, as the television show StamptedTV starring Kendra James (from the WE Network reality show The Bad Girl's Club) will be in the building shooting live.
Anthony Morrow Summer Hoops' mission is to encourage Charlotte's strong basketball community. All the while, create and foster a youth initiative that promotes healthy lifestyles and mentorship through sports. Anthony Morrow, is a Charlotte, NC, born NBA veteran. AMSH is partnering up with On The Beat Entertainment who is the official sponsor of this event. On The Beat Entertainment is an up and coming music production/imprint company that is making major headway with their nationally recognized artist Arnetta Murrill-Crooms. You may know of Arnetta from her previous years singing with the Grammy/Stellar/Dove award winning gospel group Donald Lawrence and the Tri-City Singers.
