Mr. Bedard has 58 years of experience as a semi-retired general partner of Bedard Family LP. On a daily basis, he is responsible for overseeing the design, development, construction, rental and maintenance of residential properties. Bedard Family LP is a Real estate holding company that provides numerous services related to residential properties, which include single and multi-family dwellings, townhouses and apartment buildings.
Mr. Bedard's agency owns and operates 12 buildings. He and his wife, Linda, are both ministers at the Holy Eucharist Church. Looking back, he attributes his success to his honesty, hard work and love of Jesus Christ. He became involved in his profession because of his interest in real estate since he was 13 years old.
Mr. Bedard received Industry-Related Training. Aside from his considerable real estate knowledge, he is a certified flight instructor and a licensed multi-engine aircraft pilot. He is a scoutmaster of the Massachusetts Chapter of the Boy Scouts of America, and a member of The Benevolent & Protective Order of Elks of the United States of America. In years to come, Mr. Bedard hopes to travel back and forth between his homes in New Hampshire and Florida.
