NEENAH, WI, March 06, 2014 (Press-News.org) Webex, Inc., a leader in Precision Rolls for the plastics industry, will introduce its new seamless vacuum roll design at ChinaPlas 2014. The innovative seamless design will be on display in the Webex booth in hall C4, booth C01.

Webex Vacuum Rolls provide the ideal tension isolation and control point ahead of flotation ovens and can be used at any other location where a nip or contact with both sides of the web is not possible or desired.

The new vacuum roll design incorporates a smooth, ultra-fine, seamless, nickel screen that provides consistent grip across the entire width of the web, without damaging even the most delicate coated materials.

Webex Vacuum Rolls have proven themselves in some of the most demanding processes while continuing to maintain accurate and delicate web control. Applications include the production of ultra thin coated films, pressure sensitive papers, decorative products, adhesive tapes and optical film for the aerospace, biomedical and pharmaceutical industries.
