PHILADELPHIA, PA, November 18, 2010 (Press-News.org) The Pennsylvania Association for Justice (PAJ) will host its Annual Full Day Medical Malpractice program on December 7, 2010 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. at the Radisson Plaza-Warwick Hotel in Philadelphia. Carol Nelson Shepherd, Esq., founding partner of Feldman Shepherd, will serve as the course planner and speak on current medical malpractice issues.
Shepherd devotes her practice to catastrophic injury claims arising from medical negligence, including claims against health care providers in obstetric/childbirth injury matters, delayed diagnosis of cancer, surgical malpractice, psychiatric malpractice and many other cases involving substandard medical care.
