KAI Texas Adds to Design Team

KAI Texas welcomes award-winning architect Villanueva as design team's new Project Architect.

DALLAS, TX, December 07, 2010 (Press-News.org) Rory Villanueva, AIA joins KAI Texas as a Project Architect. Villanueva has over 25 years of experience in architecture both as a project architect and project manager. An award-winning architect, his accolades include Dallas Observer's "Best of Dallas" Award for Best Public Sculpture comprised of multiple installations around the downtown Dallas central business district, and several design competition awards from the Dallas Chapter of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).

Villanueva's Fort Worth project experience includes design activities for the Fort Worth City Hall Annex restoration, the Fort Worth Municipal Building interiors Renovation, and the Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary Chapel. His work throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex includes design activities for DFW International Airport, the South Grand Prairie YMCA addition and renovation, and Highland Meadows Christian Church renovations in Colleyville.

A registered architect, Villanueva holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree, graduating with Honors from the University of Santo Tomas, Philippines.
