Weger has worked at Calloway's Nursery for nearly 25 years where he oversees training and professional development of all Calloway's personnel. Under his tutelage, Calloway's currently has 38 Texas Certified Nursery Professionals and 46 Texas Master Certified Nursery Professionals.
