Warner Norcross Litigator Cragwall Earns BTI All-Star Honor

J.A. Cragwall, Jr., a partner with the law firm of Warner Norcross & Judd LLP, has been recognized as a 2011 BTI Client Service All-Star for business litigation.

GRAND RAPIDS, MI, February 21, 2011 (Press-News.org) J.A. Cragwall, Jr., a partner with the law firm of Warner Norcross & Judd LLP, has been recognized as a 2011 BTI Client Service All-Star for business litigation.

Cragwall is one of only five attorneys in Michigan - and one of approximately 300 in the country - to receive this honor.
He is the first Warner Norcross partner to receive All-Star recognition for earning "corporate counsel praise - unprompted and by name - for delivering superior client service." He was nominated for his litigation work by in-house counsel from a Fortune 500 manufacturing company.

Warner Norcross has been recognized as a national leader in client service for the past 10 years by BTI Consulting Group, which utilizes custom client surveys to measure a firm's current performance in client service.
