DUBAI, UAE, September 08, 2010 (Press-News.org) Scope Information Systems (SCOPE), a leading systems integrator and technology solutions provider in the Middle East, will unravel its expansion success story at Gitex Technology Week 2010. The company is looking to further grow its distribution line as well as add new technology capabilities and offerings to its systems integration business by using Gitex as a platform to meet vendors and sign potential partnerships. Through its participation in the Middle East's premier ICT trade show which takes place between 17-21 October 2010, SCOPE also intends showcasing its world class range of solutions ranging from IP Telephony, messaging solutions, network security, cabling services, internet and intranet solutions, to outsourcing, migration and relocation services.
"Gitex offers a great venue for SCOPE to meet with existing and potential vendors, customers and resellers and expose our name and capabilities to the market. We have several key objectives this year which include meeting and consolidating our relationships with our major vendors like HP, Cisco, Microsoft, Blue Coat, Sharp and others, discussing strategic initiatives and plans with our channel partners, seeking project engagements with customers and very importantly tying up with new vendors especially in the technology areas of active data, datacentres, servers, virtualization and security", says Mr. Fadi AbuEkab, CEO, SCOPE.
SCOPE earlier this year outlined a roadmap and growth strategy which resulted in splitting its well established Distribution and Systems Integration (SI) business into two separate entities, allowing for more focused efforts - Scope Middle East for distribution and Scope Information Systems for its SI business. With a view to expanding its distribution line, it recently signed two distributorship agreements - with Legrand, specialists in wiring devices, cable management and structured cabling and Splicecom, the only British company to design, develop and manufacture "Pure IP" next-generation communication systems. This has strengthened its vendor base which includes well known leading global technology vendors like Cisco, HP, Microsoft, Blue Coat, Sharp and intranet technology specialist Adenin Technologies. Besides signing on new vendors, SCOPE has also been taking up new initiatives which have contributed to developing high levels of technical expertise and service excellence. One of these initiatives include being trained and certified as a Blue Coat 'Blue Touch Services Partner (BTSP), a distinction which enables the company to provide value-added, partner-branded professional services to Blue Coat customers, helping deepen customer relationships and build stronger customer loyalty.
SCOPE will be exhibiting in Hall 1, Stand Number G1-40 at Gitex Technology Week taking place at the Dubai International Exhibition and Convention Centre between 17-21 October, 2010.
