EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ, March 20, 2011 (Press-News.org) Leading EHR solution providers CATS Technology has announced the roll out of a new flat rate monthly fee for its Ultimate Care IT services with discounts for multiple desktop users and servers.
CATS Technology, a leading New Jersey IT services company, is now offering the Ultimate Care Unlimited IT service package, which is priced according to a fixed monthly service fee rather than an hourly or contracted fee. Unlike traditional hourly-based fees for IT support programs, the company's new Ultimate-Care Unlimited package delivers high-quality, unlimited support for desktops for a fixed monthly charge of $79.00 per PC.
"We took a look at how we've priced our services and we never offered a fixed price before," said Joe Cistaro, CATS senior vice president of sales and operations. "But what we realized, after doing some very extensive analyzing of our data and services and coming up with what we feel is an accurate pricing picture, is that not every client wants to work on an hourly basis and a flat rate may be a better fit for them. Many customers we have prefer not to have to worry about those variables. They prefer a fixed rate package that serves all their needs and allows them to weather the peaks and valleys of invoicing."
The hourly rate packages are still available, Cistaro said. "We recognize that a one-size-fits-all model isn't going to work for everyone," he said. CATS Technology also offers flat rates for servers, which include monitoring and maintenance coverage for $375.00 a month.
CATS Technology's Ultimate Care IT services cover monitoring solutions and preventative system maintenance including network security solutions, infrastructure support, hardware maintenance, software maintenance and other premium technical support services.
CATS also offers a comprehensive suite of EHR, healthcare IT, medical billing software for managing electronic medical records, CCHIT, and other medial appointment software and programs designed to assist healthcare professionals. CATS additionally provides top-shelf Web site design, mobile technology, green IT solutions, consulting services and online marketing program support.
In September of 2010, CATS Technology was included on the Top 40 Managed Service Provider Index by CRM magazine, identified as one of the rising stars in the IT services sector for its demonstration of outstanding leadership, customer service and industry innovation performance.
