COLUMBUS, OH, March 20, 2011 (Press-News.org) The "Birthplace of the Tomato" hosts several fitness events each year, including the annual Mount Carmel Fitness Challenge, 5k and half-marathon races—even a unique inline skate half marathon.
Since Reynoldsburg is such an active community, it's the perfect choice for Yun Fitness Boot Camps to open a new location for its growing number of fat-burning, life-changing fitness classes. The new boot camp camp will meet at the Ohio Combat Sports Academy, 6475 E. Main St., Suite 102, in Reynoldsburg. The camps will open April 18. Free Saturday camps will be held April 2 and April 16 from 9:00- 9:45 am, but spots are limited, so interested participants must sign up quickly.
Yun Fitness Boot Camps are fun and effective. Participants begin seeing results in just a few sessions. The camps include a variety of routines, including dynamic warm-ups, body weight intervals, and circuits featuring resistance bands, kettlebells, medicine balls, and more.
The Reynoldsburg camps will be offered at convenient morning times throughout the week. Each boot camp phases lasts four weeks with a one-week break.
