SARASOTA, FL, March 20, 2011 (Press-News.org) KBS RustSeal continues to take the restoration market by storm and the rave reviews for KBS Coatings continue to roll in. In the May 2011 edition of Street Rodder Magazine, KBS RustSeal was featured as their frame paint of choice. "We used a product called RustSeal from KBS Coatings because we've found it to be perfect for painting the chassis of cars that are driven since it requires a minimum of preparation and it's tough as nails so it resists chipping. For those without the ability to spray paint, most KBS products can be brushed and flow out without any brush marks", raves Street Rodder Magazine. The article goes on to talk about the complete system that KBS conveniently offers in their paint over rust restoration kits.

The article shows the application of RustSeal with a conventional spray gun. The article also shows the KBS prep system of AquaKlean, which is a water based cleaner and degreaser, and RustBlast which is a rust remover and metal etch. After the RustSeal was applied, BlackTop was applied as the finish chassis paint coating.

Nothing compares to KBS RustSeal's level of guaranteed protection! Take one look and you can sense this is no ordinary paint! RustSeal is a single-component, high-solid content, moisture-curing urethane. These exceptional properties make RustSeal the ideal choice for chemically bonding to metal for the purpose of stopping and encapsulating existing rust and corrosion caused by the damaging effects of water penetration. RustSeal protects and seals bare metal from moisture with a permanent coating that is actually strengthened by continued exposure to moisture. This non-porous, flexible coating is also incredibly tough and extremely resistant to abrasion and impact. It's technology that's simply unbeatable!
