TAUTON, MA, April 08, 2011 (Press-News.org) Dussault and Zatir's client was the operator of a motor vehicle who was struck by another car which proceeded through a stop sign. Client sustained serious injuries to the back, neck and wrist. Dussault and Zatir client sought treatment with a local Chiropractor and Orthopedic Surgeon. The client's back and neck injuries resolved within a few months, however the client ultimately underwent surgery for a fractured wrist.

Unfortunately, the at-fault party only carried minimal insurance coverage. However, due to the fact that the operator of the vehicle had an insurance policy of his own, Dussault and Zatir attorneys were able to recover from both the owner's and the operator's insurance company, for a total of $45,000.00. The client did not want to pursue the owner and/or operator personally and therefore settled the claim for the available policy limits.
