Premier Pools moves forward with expansion, continues to sign licensees as word of success spreads

SACRAMENTO, CA, June 05, 2011 (Press-News.org) Premier Pools & Spas, one of the nation's leading pool builders, has opened its 15th location, in Santa Clarita County, Calif. The new location will be operated by licensee Rick Starsmere.

Starsmere's involvement in the pool industry began as a teenager when he worked with a local pool designer. After graduating from college and working as a landscape architect, he returned to the pool industry and eventually opened up his own pool company in 2002.

When Starsmere read about Premier in Pool & Spa News five years ago, he was intrigued by Premier's story and impressed with the company, owners and reputation. He noted Premier's dedication to quality products and customer service as a factor in deciding to work with the company.

When asked about his decision to choose Santa Clarita for the newest Premier location, Starsmere stated, "The greater Santa Clarita area has growing communities. New homes and remodels represent a tremendous opportunity in the area, and we're going to be able to operate a thriving pool business there."

Starsmere brings many pool design honors with him to Premier, including Best of Show in the Western Pool and Spa Show and various local and national awards from the National Spa & Pool Institute.

Now that he is partnered with Premier, Starsmere sees nothing but growth for his business. His plans are to expand his operations to a new location and offer pool-related products and services.
