Founded 6 years ago by partners Neil Stearns & Damon Frank, Venture had early success in packaging and selling non-scripted shows such as "The Dog Whisperer", "Pawn Stars" and "Deliver Me".
Venture is going through a period of growth. Last year, veteran talent agent, Brian McCabe joined venture to head up the theatrical department.
