CAI Announces September Seminars And Development Programs In Greensboro

Human Resource Management Firm Offers Training For Business Professionals

-"Critical Considerations When Performing Background Checks" is a half-day course that will focus on questions about federal and state compliance laws as applied to background checks and how background information should be utilized during the hiring process. The course will provide details on background check laws, including the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Federal Fair and Accurate Transaction Act (FACTA) and the N.C.
