CHICAGO, IL, October 22, 2011 (Press-News.org) Paperly LLC is excited to announce it has launched an online proofing system that enables its customers and Consultants to personalized their holiday photo cards in real-time. While Paperly's traditional emailed proofs remain available, the new online proofing system allows users to personalize text, change fonts and ink colors and upload photos. The photos can then be enlarged, cropped, converted to black & white or sepia plus much more.
With the new system, the back-and-forth between customers and Paperly in regards to emailed proofs has been completely eliminated. Now, customers can see exactly what their final photo card looks like before submitting it to Paperly for processing.
"The new system is one of those rare win-win-win situations," says Jay Rudman, Paperly's co-owner and CEO. "The customer wins because of the immediacy and convenience of the system. The Consultant wins because she no longer plays the intermediary between the customer and Paperly. And Paperly wins because we are assured the proof meets the customer's expectations perfectly."
The advanced technology has already been deployed across all of Paperly's Consultants' websites. A demo is available by visiting http://www.MyPaperly.com/paperly, clicking "Shop" in the menu and then choosing "Photo Cards" from the categories in the left margin. Then, from the personalization screen, choose "Online Proof" to launch the new system.
While online proofs are currently available only on Paperly's holiday photo cards, it plans to deploy the system to the vast majority of its products in 2012.
