The Twang will be performing in their native Birmingham before their third album comes out next year.

BIRMINGHAM, ENGLAND, November 23, 2011 (Press-News.org) Indie rock band The Twang are set to perform in their home city of Birmingham next month, closing out a busy year with a Christmas gig.
 
The group have released two albums since forming in 2001, including their first studio collection Love It When I Feel Like This, which reached number three in the UK album charts.
 
Due to unveil their third album in early 2012, the band can be seen at Birmingham's O2 Academy on Tuesday December 20th.
 
The forthcoming LP is currently untitled, although the group did release a new single entitled Paradise as a free download earlier this year.
 
Some of The Twang's biggest hits include Wide Awake, Either Way - which reached number eight in the UK charts - and Two Lovers.
 
The video for the latter track features British actors Danny Dyer and Jaime Winstone. 
 
Tickets for the concert are available to purchase online, priced at GBP10 plus booking fee. Doors are due to open at 18:30 GMT.
